February 19th
On February 19, 2026, the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF) invites you to join us for a Day of Giving—a 24-hour opportunity to celebrate legacy and invest in the future of our community.
This day marks 30 years since BPACF established the Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation Fund of The Cleveland Foundation, Honoring Allmond, Baker, and Harris (“The BPACF Fund”). Established in 1996, The BPACF Fund was created to ensure that access to education, leadership, and career opportunities for Black students and professionals would continue for generations to come.
All gifts made go to The BPACF Fund honoring Arthur Baker Jr., Nancella Harris and the late Tanya Allmond.
Why the Endowment Matters
The BPACF Fund ensures that opportunity does not depend on the moment—but endures for generations.

Honoring Our Founders
The Black Professionals Association Charitable Foundation Endowment Fund of The Cleveland Foundation was established in 1996 in honor of BPACF founders Arthur Baker Jr., Nancella Harris, and the late Tanya Allmond.
Their vision was clear: to build a lasting source of support that would strengthen access to education, professional development, and opportunities for Black students and professionals—generation after generation.
That vision continues to live on through every student supported and every pathway made possible.
“As a first-generation college student, I didn’t have anyone to guide me on how to succeed in a professional setting. The boot camp and workshops helped me build the confidence I needed.”
— BPACF Scholar and Career Connect Intern
