African-American high-school seniors and undergraduate students from the Greater Cleveland area are encouraged to apply. The deadline for completed applications is Tuesday, April 15, 2014. 2013 Scholarship Award Recipients
BPACF has selected a new class of scholars for the 2013/2014 school year. The students selected will receive a scholarship of between $1,000 and $5,000 to support their academic pursuits. For a complete list of the 2013 BPACF Scholars, click here
